Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. But worldwide shipping is a dream we're working towards!
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping when you spend $75 AUD or $120 NZD — otherwise standard and express rates are shown at checkout <3
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days and express takes 3-5 business days across both Australia and New Zealand.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. But if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we've absolutely got you — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See below for how <3
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@loveandgrippies.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll take a look and make it right with either a replacement pair or a full refund.
The Grip Socks
What size are the socks?
Our grippies (grip socks) are one size fits most, designed to fit AU/NZ sizes 6-10.
What are the socks made of?
Our socks are made from a soft, breathable cotton blend — 85% combed cotton, 13% nylon, and 2% spandex — with a half-terry sole for extra cushioning and a non-slip grip sole.
How do I care for my socks?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 40°C. No bleach, tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning — this keeps your grippies in the best shape for as long as possible!
Are the grip socks suitable for Pilates and barre?
Yes! They're also perfect for everyday.

Who are Diamond Women?
Diamond Women is a charity organisation supporting women and their families facing an unplanned pregnancy, helping them navigate this journey with compassion, dignity, and hope. They provide free wrap-around support including professional counselling, practical assistance, mentoring, and group programs.
How do I know my donation goes through?
On the 1st of every month we transfer the previous month's donations to Diamond Women. We share an update on our newsletter subscribers every time a transfer is made — so you can follow along and see the impact your purchase is making.
